Bist Du ein Astronom, oder ein Astronaut?

Manchmal können selbst relativ mittelmäßige Filme zu interessanten Erkenntnissen führen 
Ich habe kürzlich mal wieder Jurassic Park III
Dr. Grant: I have a theory that there are two kinds of boys. There are those that want to be astronomers, and those that want to be astronauts. The astronomer, or the paleontologist, gets to study these amazing things from a place of complete safety.
Erik: But then you never get to go into space.
Dr. Grant: Exactly. That’s the difference between imagining and seeing: to be able to touch them. And that’s… that’s all that Billy wanted.
Ich denke, dass sowohl Astronomen, als auch Astronauten ein sehr erfülltes Leben führen können. Ein Astronaut wird aber nicht glücklich werden, wenn er sich für ein Leben als Astronom entscheidet, und ein Astronom wird es sicher auch nicht lange im Raumschiff aushalten, ohne sich nach der Ruhe seiner normalen Umgebung zu sehnen.
Bei mir selber musste ich nicht lange überlegen: Ich bin definitiv ein Astronaut.

Somit bin ich Astronom!
